Join me every Saturday at 10 am to practice meditations that will change your life. Discover that meditation is not what you are being told, and that it is easier than you think. We'll practice different types of active and passive meditations, chakra yoga meditation, and breathwork.
Goddess Mini-Retreat
Join me every first Saturday of each month at 6 pm and let’s come together to nourish our feminine energy. During our time together, we will engage in activities like female energy chakra dance, chakra yoga meditation, and self-massage techniques. It is a wonderful opportunity to focus on self-care and connect with your inner goddess in a supportive and relaxing environment.
Chakra Balancing
Join me every second Saturday of each month at 6 pm for a transformative Chakra Balancing session. We will work together to bring your energy centers into harmonious alignment using a combination of activities such as Chakra Dance, Chakra yoga meditation, and Sound Healing. Immerse yourself in this rejuvenating experience and realign your mind, body, and spirit for overall well-being.
Cacao Sensorial and Latinha
Join me every third Saturday of each month at 6 pm for a transformative experience with the sensory magic of Cacao Sensorial and Latinha. Let's immerse ourselves in the healing power of this sacred medicine, allowing it to awaken our senses before embarking on a journey of movement and exploration into the Unknown.
